Woodwind Farm is located on 40 acres, which are divided into a number of pastures and paddocks with safe fencing and outdoor shelters. Horses are grouped into small herds and live outdoors all year long. Our 8-stall heated barn includes 2 extra-large foaling stalls with security camera. Mares about to foal are watched 24/7! |
We are a small farm, breeding 5 to 10 of our own mares a year. Foals are handled from birth and are comfortable with basics such as leading, standing for the vet/farrier, blanketing and loading. Our foals trust their people and love attention! |
